Hey, y’all! This post is about the brand new service called Insights on Ancestry, which provides services like admixture modelling via qpAdm which is a gold standard among academic researchers for quantifying admixture from a bunch of ancient sources, a Principal Component Analysis plot via smartPCA with your sample highlighted besides other African and Eurasian populations, chrY haplogroup assignment, getting your raw data merged with the Harvard AADR dataset consisting of ancient and modern samples published in academic papers, and many more interesting services. The main focus of this project is to incorporate formal tools into the analysis—something not yet done by any other such platform.
Formal tools like qpAdm and PCA utilise more SNPs and use the raw data directly instead of relying on coordinates, so they are superior to informal tools like GlobalG25 and various more calculators on Genoplot and Gedmatch.
The form asks pretty basic stuff about you, which will help us model you correctly, and your raw file won’t be shared with anyone. Your name won’t ever be revealed, so don't worry.

We’re attaching some sample results which are easy to understand despite the complex nature of the tools used.
Admixture modelling via qpAdm
qpAdm model for an English sample, consisting of Yamnaya (late Proto-Indo-Europeans), Neolithic Anatolian Farmers and Western European Hunter Gatherer sources:
Principal Component Analysis

The results are sent via email and they’re explained in detail. We try to resolve each and every query of the customer regarding the results.
Pricing
Our prices are the most reasonable. One can get our qpAdm service for just $33 which is similar to the amount charged by other services for mere Global25 analyses. We also provide other services for a reasonable price which are listed on the google form which our website redirects to.
I suppose that’s all!
good price point!
For the ancestry modeling, are you only doing yamnaya/farmer/whg for Europeans, or are there other population admixtures you have in the database?
